If you can’t bear the look of your hair when it isn’t heat styled, try using only one heated styling tool and set it to a lower temperature that you usually use. For example, don’t blow-dry your hair and then use a flat-iron to get it straight. Instead, allow your hair to air dry and then use your flat iron, but use it on a low or medium setting instead of a high one. If you color, bleach and perm frequently you may seriously causing dryness, split ends and frizziness. Chemical treatments deplete the hair of its natural moisture which usually leads to damaged and dry hair. Even too much of brushing than what is needed for proper blood circulation can lead to split ends as well as to hair damage.

Lastly but not least, avoid stress. Because stress can be one of the reason of causing frizz hair, dandruff and hair drop. Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water to wash out the toxins from your body and take timely regular sleep.
